Birthday at The Royal Palms Resort

For my birthday this year, Chad checked us into a 5-star resort called The Royal Palms. What could be more fabulous and on top of that we didn't have to venture to far from home! After arriving on Saturday, we toured the property and relaxed at the pool for most of the day...drinking yummy cocktails! The service staff was amazing; they waited on you hand and foot which was pure luxury. =) For dinner we splurged at the resorts restaurant called T.Cooks and enjoyed a tasty seafood dinner with jumbo shrimp, ha and for dessert we shared the caramel cheesecake & vanilla crème brûleé served with fresh berries & guava sauce. My mouth waters just thinking about it now! =) And since we were there celebrating the waiter treated us to some complimentary champagne! Yeah. After an amazing dinner and being pretty happy after our tasty cocktails, we had a great time running around the property being silly. Sunday morning, we relaxed, had lunch at the pool restaurant and spent most of the day lounging pool side. We just couldn’t get enough! It was an amazing birthday weekend with the hubby…he truly out did himself this year! =) xoxo
