During the second weekend of April, Chad and I took an early am flight Saturday morning into LA for Amy's birthday. The entire Robinson Gang was in town to celebrate the occasion and on the main agenda was kickball. Amy apparently wanted to throw some balls in our faces for her special day, so we all headed over to the park to BBQ, socialize and play. It was all fun and games until Amy's hubby broke his finger while trying to get his wife out on first base. ha! He was a trooper though and it happened at the end of the day so ultimately it all worked out. ha. In addition to the birthday festivities, Sunday was Easter so we packed into the minivan and headed into Riverside for dinner at the Grandparents, our entertainment a girls vs. guys Easter egg-hunt. That evening we headed back to La La land for our flight back home. It was a whirlwind of a weekend but great non-the less.
