Chad and I returned late Sunday from our fabulous 17-day road trip to the Pacific Northwest. We had an amazing time and are finishing unpacking and getting back into a normal routine at home. We definitely will be sharing photos soon. We have a lot to get through and are setting up a separate site so we can share them all, along with the few short video's we shot. A link will be posted in the next day or two.

Our stops included:

• Sequoia National Park, tent camped
• Yosemite National Park, tent camped
• Shasta Lake, tent camped
• 101 Scenic Beach HWY
• Jessie M. Honeyman Memorial State Park near Florence, OR, yurt camped
• Oregon coast Sand Dunes, beaches, light houses and world's largest Sea Lion caves
• Cornelius, OR, visited family & friends
• Woodburn, OR - visited more family and even got McMenamins. yummy!
• Bend/Sunriver, OR - visited more family! ;)
• Crane Prairie Reservoir and camped at the Rock Creek campground
• Crater Lake
• Alameda near San Francisco, stayed over at the BFF's.

We saw:

• 4 black bears
• 1 fox
• 1 coyote
• 31 deer
• an otter on multiple occasions
• made a friend with a squirrel
• hundreds of sea lions swimming and laying out
• caught a couple of trout
• lots of lizards, black ants and didn't get any mosquito bites until we were in Bend. ha.
• and our new enemy are the no see ums. =)
