Boyce Thompson Arboretum

It's been awhile since we've posted, so we have a little bit of catching up to do. However, for the most part, Chad and I have enjoyed being low key and staying near or around home on the weekends. For most of January and early February we were having a great time relaxing and being out and about with the weather in the high 70's low 80's. Of course the the temperatures have dropped a little since then with a welcomed storm front, but no worries our AZ forecast isn't looking to shabby. =) Anyway, during the last weekend of January, Chad and I headed about 60 miles out of Phoenix and enjoyed a great day trip at the Boyce Thompson Arboretum. We walked the trails and the gardens and enjoyed plants from the many varied deserts and dry lands. It was a fun day of fresh air, welcomed exercise and of course photography opportunity for Chad.
